REFLEXOLOGY
A relaxing, non-invasive therapy which balances the body and helps the self-healing process - and can be effective in treating:

At the first appointment, a short history of general health is taken. Using oil or talc, gently pressure is applied to the reflexes of the feet, which bring about a state of deep relaxation, stimulating the body's own healing process and encouraging it to return to a state of balance and well-being.
Reflexology can be particularly helpful for those couples who are finding it difficult to conceive: please call if you would like to discuss a programme of treatments. Clothing should be loose and comfortable.
EASTERN HEAD MASSAGE
A unique draining and anti-ageing treatment which is based on Japanese and indian techniques.
Using a small amount of neutral oil, the facial meridians and tsubos (acupuncture points) are specifically and precisely worked to achieve a balance in the function of the skin, facial muscles and internal organs. The nervous system is stimulated, increasing blood and lymph circulation, reducing and preventing wrinkles, and repairing and balancing the condition of the skin to minimise the ageing process.
The session ends with a brief reflexology treatment to complement the work on the facial meridians. A course of six weekly treatments is recommended for maximum benefit.
