HOW TO MAKE LEMON BALM’S HERB TEA INFUSIONS

To get the best from Lemon Balm’s Herb Tea Blends, we suggest you use 1 teaspoon per cup (about ½ pint) of boiling water. It is good to cover the infusion to keep all the essential oils in. We suggest at least 5 minutes and, if the tea contains seeds or roots (such as ginger, liquorice, fennel or burdock) that it should sit for 10 minutes to allow time for the herbs to soften and give up all their wonderful constituents. Strain the infusion which can be drunk hot, warm or chilled and sweetened with honey to taste.

We stock a full range of 'tea things', too, things to make the tea-making areas of your life that little bit easier...
