Let The Herb Walk Season Commence!

HERB WALK at The Royal College of Physicians
Thursday 20th May at 11am

If you've been wondering how April and half of May has slipped by without a herb walk, I should explain that the volcanic ash kept me in California for nearly a month! But I’m back now and excited about getting out and seeing all the fabulous medicinal plants which grow so exuberantly in our English summer.

I’m delighted to kick of the herb walking season with a very special outing next
Thursday 20th May at 11am. I only recently discovered that The Royal College of Physicians, which is at the Portland Place corner of Regents Park, has a traditional medicinal Herb Garden - with a huge selection of medicinal herbs which we don’t find growing wild in London and which have been virtually on my doorstep all this time!

The walk has to be in the daytime as they are not open in the evenings, but I’ll try to arrange a further afternoon one if there is sufficient interest from people who can’t come in the morning. I’ll also arrange an after work (6pm) walk in Regents Park for the next few weeks –  get in contact if you would be interested in either.

Numbers are limited so if you would like to come, please book your place by calling 020 7267 3334 or emailing me at this address or
shop@lemonbalmonline.com. Tickets are £8 for adults (£5 concs). Very importantly, we will NOT meet at Lemon Balm for this walk as it is a little too far away.

We will meet at 10.50 at The Royal College of Physicians, 11 St Andrews Place, Regents Park. London NW1 4LE. A map and directions can be found here http://www.rcplondon.ac.uk/Pages/Find-us.aspx
